• Sending private follow-up messages to commenters through Facebook Messenger

3. Data Storage

Comment and interaction data is stored securely in a private database accessible only to authorized Bia Travels staff. We do not sell, share, or transfer this data to any third parties outside of what is required to operate our Facebook and Instagram integrations.

4. Facebook and Instagram Permissions

Our application uses the following Facebook Graph API permissions:

• pages_show_list — to identify and connect our Facebook Page
• pages_read_engagement — to read comments on our page posts
• pages_manage_engagement — to reply to comments on our page
• pages_messaging — to send private messages via Messenger to commenters

These permissions are used exclusively to facilitate communication between Bia Travels and our customers. We do not access data beyond what is necessary for these purposes.

5. Data Retention

We retain comment and message data for as long as it is relevant to customer service operations. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at the address below.
